Neutralizing AVP monoclonal antibody (COR-2007)
Corteria Pharmaceuticals develops a neutralizing vasopressin human monoclonal IgG1 that bears the potential to cure hyponatremic acute heart failure and slow down ADPKD progression. It is expected to normalize natremia, improve cardiac and renal functions and decrease the size and numbers of cysts in ADPKD through the simultaneous absence of systemic activation of V1a, V1b and V2 receptors. Proof of concept has been established in preclinical hyponatremic acute heart failure models and of ADPKD. Last IND enabling activities are ongoing before First-in-Human study in 2027.
